Subject: AHRC Endorses Warrant Article 93

Dear Town Moderator Greg Christiana and Town Meeting Members,

On February 25, the Arlington Human Rights Commission voted to endorse Warrant

Article 93: Resolution / Designating Arlington a 4th Amendment Workplace Community.

The AHRC supports the rule of law and believes that 4th amendment protections

against unreasonable searches and seizures must be reinforced. We provide resources

on our website for immigrants to know their rights and seek legal aid.

We encourage Town Meeting to pass this resolution.
