Warrant Article Text:
To see if the Town will vote to amend Title I, Article 22 of the

Report Excerpt:
Vote and comment to Town Meeting - Favorable Action (5-0)
This article will amend Title I, Article 22, Section 5 by adding to
the types of fees credited to the already existing Recycling Fees
Revolving Fund. Specifically, it seeks to add cart fees and
overflow bags, as well as refine the existing language to
encompass all electronics and metal items currently processed at
the Reuse and Recycle Center. Further, fees for the pick-up of so-
called white goods are proposed for removal as these items are
no longer processed by the Town. Following the Town's shift last
year to a new trash and recycling vendor, overflow bag fees are
now part of the Town's curbside collection program and cart-
related fees may be contemplated in the future.
This revolving fund, like other revolving funds, is subject to the
setting of an annual expenditure cap that requires approval from
Town Meeting each year.
