ZONING BYLAW AMENDMENT / FRONTAGE (FAÇADE)

BUILD-OUT RATIO FOR SINGLE FAMILY DWELLINGS

Warrant Article Text:

To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw to

regulate frontage (façade) build-out for single family dwellings to

no more than 60% of the width of the frontage, measured along

the front lot line within the required setback, in order to address

building massing along residential streets, with allowance for relief

through the special permit process; or take any action related

thereto.
