Description

To see if the Town will vote to Extend the charge of the Affordable Housing Overlay District Committee to 2027 Annual Town Meeting to study and prepare prospective amendments to the Zoning Bylaw and Zoning Map to create an Affordable Housing Overlay District that provides more opportunities for housing meeting certain affordability requirements to be constructed as of right; or take any action related thereto.
