Article 28: HOME RULE LEGISLATION / ADDITIONAL ON PREMISES ALL ALCOHOL LICENSES

Description

To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Select Board to file Home Rule Legislation that would grant the Town additional licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises pursuant to Section 12 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws; or take any action related thereto.
